These shipping rates apply only to the Continental 48 states. Sorry, we can not ship this item to PO Boxes, APO's / FPO's Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Most item ship in 1 Business Day. We ship witin 1-3 business days of receiving payment.   Please allow 5-10 Business days for delivery after payment is received. We use the best lowest shipping cost by choosing the carrier of our choice.  This item is not available for local pickup.

We are a company with a warehouse. We send the order to our warehouse and if by some chance we make a mistake and our warehouse is out of stock then we will offer to ship as soon as item becomes available again or we will offer to immediately refund your money.   We have other methods for selling our products also. We are only human and we work very hard to ensure all products are in stock at the time of the listing.

Payment:

Refunds and Returns

Although we would like every shipment to be perfect in our perfect world sometimes problems arrise during shipping. If a problem arrises when you receive your product depending on the type of product purchased and the nature of the problem, we will provide one of the following solutions:

1 Send replacement parts. In some cases we require the defective part to be returned before sending the replacement. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the defective part. We will pay the cost of sending you the replacement part.

2. Send replacement product. We may require the defective product to be returned to us prior to shipping the replacement. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the defective product. We will pay the cost of sending you the replacement product.

3. Issue a refund. We may require the defective product to be returned to us prior to issuing a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the defective product.

Return Acceptance and Shipping

We will do everything possible within reason to ensure our customer are happy with their purchase. Items may be returned within 7 days in NEW conditon unopened for resale. Unfortunately shipping is non-refundable. You must contact us before returning for a RA # (Return Authorization number) to include with the package. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from the destination. Refunds are provided minus the shipping charges. If you have any question please ask before purchasing.
