 Mail has almost always been reliable to the U.S., Canada, and many other countries, but mail sent without insurance is shipped at the buyer's risk.   Please DO NOT bid if this is not acceptable!!! A letter has been reported lost in the last few months to Brazil , to Italy and to France. It is quite unusual, but it can happen.  Registered mail is $10 additional to shipping charge. Regretfully, I reserve the right to return paypal payments from countries that I fear are unsafe unless sent by registered mail, and buyers with too many negative feedbacks, very limited feedbacks, or PMB's. Shipping on additional lots after the 1st  is .25 per lot (not charged on buy it now purchases) unless weight of shipment is increased.
