Q. Is this item compatible with my part?

Q. Do I have to pay duties and taxes when placing an international order?
A. YES! International customers will have to pay ALL duties and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs.

Q. How can I combine orders?
A. When purchasing more than 1 item, BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THE ITEM, you can combine the items into a single order. Processing as a single order saves you shipping costs. Note: Any orders paid for individually, will be shipped individually.

Returns: All sales are Final. No Returns and No Exchanges. DOA parts are subject to Replacement only and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. ACI is not responsible for any damage or deletion to systems that have resulted from the use of our product(s).

Insurance Fee: Insurance is required and applied on all USPS Priority Mail Parcels.

Shipping Policy: Occasionally adjustments have to be made due to multiple packages. You will be notified before any changes are made. Buyer pays Shipping and Insurance (required).
