Canon ELPH 490Z APS Film Camera Kit w/case, tripod NIB

This is a NEW, never used, Canon ELPH 490Z APS Camera Kit. It has a camera, soft leather case, strap, mini-tripod 5, two 3V Lithium batteries (CR2) and one APS Film Cartridge 15 exposure. The batteries do not seem to have any power - the kit has been in storage for about 4 years which could explain it. I don't think they are the rechargeable type but I am not sure.
