  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you originally received the item.

  • To initiate a return, contact us through "Ask Seller a Question" to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).  Please include the reason for the return in your message as well as your preferred email address to receive further instructions and updates.

  • We will send return instructions to your email, along with a form to include with your item.  Returns must be postmarked within five business days of the RMA issue date.

Please allow 5 business days for processing once we receive the returned item. We are not able to pay for return shipping.  We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if our return policy is not followed, or if the item is not in the same condition as when it was delivered.  Refunds are issued to the original payment source.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges.

We use UPS for all shipments to addresses within the United States, except for PO Box addresses which are shipped via USPS.  All international shipments are sent via FedEx, except for items going to Russia, Ukraine, Greece and Canada which will be sent via USPS International.

    

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you, but if your item arrives damaged we will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf to file a damage claim. Items damaged in shipping must be confirmed by the shipping carrier. Please hold the item and original packaging, and contact us immediately. We will issue a refund once the claim has been approved by the carrier.
We ship ONLY to the address that appears on your PayPal receipt.  Please make sure that your address is correct before submitting payment.  If any changes need to be made once the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for any additional fees.  If a delivery is refused or returned to us, we will make one attempt to contact you before issuing a refund minus the original shipping cost.
