Canon Speedlite 220 EX Flash, Case, Near Mint in Box

Canon Speedlite 220 EX Flash unit, E-TTL capable, for all Canon EOS cameras, both film and digital. In like new condition, with case, in original box.

Very small and lightweight, fits in your shirtpocket. GN 72 (feet, ISO 100). Ultra fast recycle times. 28mm illumination coverage.

This little flash has a host of features - there's a good writeup of them at http://emedia.leeward.hawaii.edu/frary/canon220ex.htm. Not all of them are available with every camera, of course. And most of the controls are in the camera, not on the flash unit itself. That means you won't be disappointed by trying to use a feature that happens to be unavailable with your camera. If a feature works with your camera, the camera will have the necessary controls and they will be explained in your camera's manual.

This flash will not be suitable for most older, manual-focus Canons because it is 100 prcent TTL - it has no ISO settings or variable auto modes of its own. It would probably still work on full power, though, but I'm not sure.

I try to field test everything I sell, but I was not able to do so with this as I do not currently have an EF lens available. However, I tested it on an EOS 650 body and the flash duration varied visibly with varying light conditions. Hence I have no reason to doubt that it's in perfect working order. And anyway I have a nice return policy in case there's any prob.

All my cameras and lenses are thoroughly hand-inspected, and field tested with film (unless I state otherwise or I'm selling them for parts or repair). Items are fully functional unless described otherwise. Bid with confidence! See my return policy below.

Shipping for this item is $9.00 Priority, or $8.00 Parcel Post, including Delivery Confirmation. I ship to U.S. addresses only, sorry!
