What do I need to know when receiving my order
Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new equipment. Following these guidelines will make your experience with Shot Catcher Photo easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions.
• Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition.
• All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Shot Catcher Photo within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
• In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement.
• All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
• Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging.
• Please DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise.
• We cannot accept merchandise for exchange with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material.
• Please Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
• Keep your Invoice with your important records.
• Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment.

Shipping Policies
Domestic, Continental 48 States:
We use either FedEx or UPS to ship the item.
Insurance is optional and recommended.
Please call us 1-646-688-5055 if you want to expedite shipping - 3 days, 2nd Day or overnight.
If you paid with a Paypal account with a confirmed address we will ship to the confirmed address only. All payments from an unconfirmed address will be rejected!
We reserve the right to decline your payment [and cancel your order on Ebay] if your Paypal address is unconfirmed.
Instructions on how to check if your PayPal address is confirmed can be found above, in the General Policies section.
We cannot ship To: P.O. Boxes & Military APO/FPO.
All packages are signature required. The carrier (FedEx or UPS) will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back to us and then again back to you).
You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item - no exceptions.
We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the "ship to" address.
Orders usually take 2-3 business days to process.

Return Policies
We will accept returns for exchange only within 14 calendar days.
All returns MUST be approved by phone before you ship any item back to us.
if you ship an item back to us without calling us prior to shipping, we will refuse the package and it will be returned to you.
Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.
All returned packages will be charged return shipping.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, unless the item was never used & never opened.
All shipments are done with a signature required.
Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a minimum of 15% restocking fee + double the shipping cost and shipping insurance (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.
