Customers must initiate return within 14 days of receipt of the product by calling 1-800-807-4171 to obtain an RMA number.
Returns must be received within 14 days of issued RMA number.
Products must be returned in NEW condition w/o markings, tape, folds, or defacing.
Stingray Electronics reserves the right to refuse any product not following this policy. And all returns are subject to a min. 15%-30% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. |
