- Different Billing & Shipping address:
If you are paying by credit card and you would like to have your order shipped to an alternate address other than your billing address,

- Money Orders and Cashier Checks:
Please allow 10 business days for all Money Orders and Cashier Checks to clear. We do not accept checks of any other kind.
- Sales Tax:
All orders are tax free with the exception of order shipped within NY State. Orders shipped within NY will be subject to 8.375% NY State sales tax.

- Processing your return:
Returns must be initiated by the customer within 14 calendar days. To submit your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please call the customer service department at 1-877-393-6205 for instructions. Requests for a return will not be permitted via email.
Returns must be received within 14 calendar days from the date the RMA# is issued. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return.
- Product Condition:
Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals and products must be in their
ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.
- Packing and Shipping:
Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton. Please include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print the RMA# on ALL 6 SIDES of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible RMA# will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended.
