	Please go ahead do enable step and load software before buying CD tray^® After doing so, Time to test. Some of you will need to do this step. Open CD-Label program If your computer did not detect that you have your printer or show massage Ther is no compadible priter, What you have to do is reload printer driver to your computer again and make sure you have CD in hand or download from the link


	3. Problem and Solution
	3.1 Tray rejection: some of you may face this problem Printer keep pushing CD tray out again and again or always tell you there is no CD-R or the inner door is open, someone may thought this tray is not compatible with printer model or tray is bad. 	You think I will say about Feedback Policy right!, me be later. I got my first negative Feedback from someone claim that I sent him a blank disk so I am no longer included CD software-instruction. Second negative feedback from someone could not find the black plastic (I sent him picture and explaination) So I made Video clip show you where to remove it. Third one, from some one who did not speak English but I guess he said his printer model did not compatible,So I have 6 more languages to explain how it work and I suggest buy CD tray after you done those steps I don't want to say about the fourth , he just left feedback without a single Email You will received your feedback when I make shipping and I expect when you receive CD tray, you should do the same.
