1. PayPal

2. Credit Card (Visa, MC, American Express, Discover): To make a payment by a credit card, do one of the following: -
1. On eBay, choose your payment method as Credit Card (All four major credit cards are accepted). You will then receive an email with instructions on how to pay using your credit card through
PayPal. This will enable you to make an online secure payment by credit card, through
PayPal. However, you will not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment with your credit card. -
2. If you prefer, call us to process your payment over the phone (All four major credit cards are accepted).
For international orders, we only accept
PayPal payments.
All payments must be made
within three days of winning the auction.

WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT:
We provide tracking numbers for everything we ship.
We do
not ship via slow methods of shipment, such as UPS Ground & USPS Parcel Post.
For US orders, we will ship almost all of our shipments via USPS Priority Mail, unless buyer pays for
USPS Express Mail.
For International orders, we will ship
via USPS Express Mail International.
We have super fast shipping. We always
ship your package within 24 hours, once your payment is received. We
usually ship orders that come in before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, the same day. We ship Monday through Saturday. Just read some of our feedback comments and you will get an idea how fast we ship.
If you don't have the same address listed
on your eBay and PayPal accounts, we will always ship to your PayPal address.
We only ship to confirmed addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We need to be able to track international packages at any step of
the process. That is why we only ship International packages via USPS
Express Mail, because we can track the package door to door. Please
don't ask us to ship it via less expensive method and save you the
difference. International S&H Charges do not include any applicable customs
fees or import duties for the country of destination.
Buyer is responsible for paying such fees. However, we
do everything in our power to minimize any applicable custom fees/import
duties.

What is your exchange policy?
Each product is
fully guaranteed by
the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The
complete manufacturer's warranty is included with the
product. All warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer. The
manufacturer's warranty usually covers repair or replacement of
defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. To locate a
service center near you, please refer to your product manual.
We offer a
14-day merchandise
exchange policy only for defective items. All equipment should be "bench-tested"
PRIOR to installation. Any defective on arrival product
will be exchanged. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees on the
shipment that is being sent to us for an exchange. We will pay the shipping
cost of the exchanged unit that will be sent to you.
All exchanged merchandise
will be exchanged "Apples for Apples", what is sent is what
will be returned. All other returns must be in original factory
condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals,
warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not
write anything on the item or the factory package! Charges will be
incurred for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, or
written-on contents and/or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any items
deemed unacceptable.
In some
especial circumstances, we can arrange a return, if the product has not
been used and it is complete with everything that it came with.
You will receive full refund of your payment,
minus a 10% restocking fee, and shipping charges. Special Order items are
not available for return.
All Returns or
exchanges require a Return Merchandize Authorization Number*.
For an RMA Number (Return Merchandize Authorization), please send us an
email. Please note that an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns
are subject to inspection.
Write the
RMA# issued by
Customer Service clearly on the shipping label only. Any
merchandise returned to us without an authorized will be refused.
Please ship your parcel back to us freight paid! We suggest
that you use USPS "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect
shipments. No goods will be accepted for
exchange or return without authorization.
Do you offer an educational discount?
No. We do not.
What are your bidding policies?
If you bid on our auction or use Buy-It-Now, please have intent to pay. If you
are outside the U.S. , please check our ship-to countries. We do not accept bids
from non-listed countries. We require contact within 3 days of an auctions end
or purchase date. If you do not contact us within that time period, we may
submit a eBay non-paying bidder notice.
What if I buy one of your items on ebay
and pay for it later?
All payments must
be made within three days of winning the auction. We only reserve the product for those
who have paid for it.
