Aircraft was hand painted by Manufacturer, Walker's Westway Models, East Acton, W.3 London England, 1954

This Model was purchased by its present owner form Ian Walker in 1972. Mr Walker indicated this model was the prototype or template for all other Capital Viscount Models Westway produced.

All later models were decalled and carried "Viscount" on the tail instead of "Capital"

Model manufactured with no props or stand in 1954

Window decals were added

Model had also been used as testbed for other decals unrelated to Capital by Westway.

Some of the old decals can be seen under the painted sections

There are no major scratches, a few chipped paint spots, no dents or bends in the airplane.
