If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just call 801-738-2614 to set-up the return and receive a return Authorization Number.(Do Not Just Ship The Item Back Without Calling Us First, this could cause a lengthy delay in receiving your money back).
Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days.
Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.
Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price, so that the buyer knows the total cost of the order. If the buyer returns their order, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse,and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee (we charge the buyer a restocking fee because the factory charges us a restocking fee(which is usually higher than 10%).
Depending on the reasons for return the buyer may also be responsible for our actual outbound shipping cost.
Refunds minus shipping cost and restocking fees will be issued a couple of days after the return order is processed at our warehouse or the factory warehouse.
