We have been grading comics for over 40 years and have a well-earned reputation for accuracy and reliability. See our fully detailed grading standards. Please make your ordering decision based on the information provided for each item.

SHIPPING
All orders ship from our Texas warehouse in three to four business days. Once shipped, estimated U. S. transit time is 2 to 10 business days; international 7 to 14 business days. For orders shipped to U.S. destinations, we provide delivery confirmation.

CHECKOUT - WE USE EBAY CHECKOUT
All checkout occurs within eBay's regular checkout framework. Once you've chosen the items you want to buy by clicking "Buy It Now" on each item, click the "Pay Now" button to begin checkout. The Pay Now button can be found on the item listing page of any item you've bought. eBay's checkout process will calculate your order total when you check out--it is not necessary to contact us to request a payment total or an invoice.
Combining orders: Each time you go through checkout you will be charged for shipping, so you're better off placing a single order for everything you want to buy. However, if we receive a new order from you and we have not yet begun processing a previous order, we will automatically combine your new order with the old one and refund you the extra shipping cost. There is no need for you to contact us and request that we combine orders--if possible, we will do it automatically.
However, we process orders daily, so unless your orders come in within an hour or two of each other, there's a good chance that your first order will have already begun processing and we will not be able to combine it with any further orders. The only way to guarantee that you only pay a single shipping charge is to place a single order for everything you want to buy.
Ordering more than 40 items: eBay's checkout system does not allow orders to be placed for more than 40 items at a time. If you have more than 40 items that you want to buy from us, all you have to do is go through the checkout once for each group of 40 items. Each time you go through checkout, eBay will bring up the next 40 items that you've chosen. We will combine all the items into a single order and refund you the extra shipping charges.

PAYMENT
All payment must be made via Paypal. Your PayPal account lets you pay by credit card or by "eCheck," directly
from your bank account. Please do not purchase this item if you are unable to pay via PayPal as non-PayPal purchases will not be accepted.
Timeliness of payment: We ask that you pay for everything you've chosen to buy within five days.
A note about PayPal's eChecks: Orders paid for by eCheck may be delayed by up to four days while PayPal waits for the funds to clear your bank. Please be aware of this delay when paying via eCheck.
- CONFIRMED ADDRESS REQUIRED
In order to reduce fraud, we ship only to addresses that have been "confirmed" by PayPal. If
you have linked a credit card to your PayPal account, your credit card billing address should
already be a confirmed address. If you do not have a credit card, PayPal provides an alternate
method for confirming an address. Please log in to your PayPal account for more information.

AVAILABILITY
If we do not have an item in stock due to a stocking error, where possible and appropriate, we will provide you with the same item in the next higher grade for the same price. If we are unable to provide a next higher grade copy, we will promptly refund your money. Please keep the following in mind when ordering from us: Because of the sheer size of our comics selection (the largest in the world) and massive stock, it is impossible to maintain a perfect inventory. Occasionally, we may offer an item that we think we have, but don't, due to an inventory error. Please do not order items from us if you require a 100% fill rate--99% is our current fill rate average, impressive but not perfect!
All refunds will be deposited directly to your PayPal account.
PACKING AND INVOICING
Customers have described our packing as "nuke proof!" Our packing materials and boxes are made to our specifications to insure the fullest possible protection against transit damage. We do not ship in envelopes. All orders are shipped in sturdy boxes to insure maximum protection. Every order is shipped with an itemized invoice.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do our best to assure swift passage through customs and we describe merchandise so as to mimimize to the degree possible any customs fees imposed by the destination country. However, we also fully comply with US federal export regulations. Thus we cannot declare less than true value, describe the shipment as a gift, or otherwise misrepresent the nature of the transaction and/or items sent.
GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
Any item may be returned if damaged, incorrectly graded, or the wrong item was sent. Return authorization is required, and a return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. We may be reached at (817) 860-7827 (M-F 9AM-5PM CST) or by email at customerservice@mycomicshop.com. We'll issue a full refund plus compensation for basic ground shipping costs for your return. Unauthorized returns will not be compensated for shipping. CGC graded comics are not returnable.

We'll leave feedback for all orders and we appreciate your doing the same for us.
REQUESTS FOR FURTHER INFORMATION
Due to the large volume of items listed, we cannot provide further information on items. Therefore,
please base your ordering decision on the grading and content information provided in the item
listing. Content information such as writer, artist, character appearances, story synopsis,
etc. are correct to the best of our knowledge, but we provide no guarantee. An item may
not be returned because of minor errors in content reporting.
REQUESTS FOR DISCOUNTS, FUTURE ITEM AVAILABILITY
We do not offer large order discounts, nor can we create specialty lots for purchase at discount. All prices are as listed and firm. We are constantly buying comics from sellers all over the world; if you can't find an item in our shop, it is not currently available, but will likely be so in the future. Newly purchased items will be listed in our eBay store as they become available. Please note that due to the volume of questions we receive, we cannot reply to requests for discounts, or information about our current stock, or advise you when additional items become available.
