Captain Action retro package DOCTOR EVIL figure MISB

This is the Diamond Select retro packaging variant of the Playing Mantis Captain Action Dr. Evil action figure! This rare exclusive replicates the vintage original 1960s Ideal narrow box that Captain Action's arch-enemy came in and is mint in SEALED box, brand new! Made in 2000 and now long OUT OF PRINT! Pose him in 1001 positions! Change Dr. Evil into Kabai Signh, Ming the Merciless, Captain Terror or even ?. Other outfits sold seperately (and by someone else). What I find interesting is that Doctor Evil, with his big medallion and sandals and nehru clothes, seems to represent the counterculture, who needs to be beaten up and stabbed by "The Man" in the form of Captain Action. On the other hand, Captain Action's logo looks like a recycling symbol, showing he's a progressive force! A bit of a paradox there! Anyway, bid now!
