You are bidding on a Captain Action Dr Evil as Ming the Meciless Figure.  Ming stands approximately 10" tall and comes with dragon death staff, all-seeing globe of Mongo, imperial saber, royal cape and boots..  He is fully poseable.  This item has never been opened and is still in it's original packaging.  There is some shelf wear on the box from store display.  Good Luck on the auction!
