The majority of our items ship UPS ground with insurance included. USPS shippments include: Books, tapes, etc. ship media mail. Packages under 13 ounces ship first class. Small parcels under 2lbs may ship priority. Insurance is optional and additional with USPS shipments. Items are shipped within 10 days after your payment is received or cleared.  You must provide a CONFIRMED Paypal shipping address or your payment will not be accepted. UPS cannot ship to a PO BOX, be sure to provide a physical address. Please review the item listing for shipment carrier.
