Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Buyer must make contact before returning item. The postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is returned due to damage or an error in the listing, in which case a full refund will be given, including return postage costs (return postage must be via the same postal service rate as used for dispatch). If your item is lost in the post I will take responsibility and refund as appropriate. |
