We primarily ship to the United States.  In rare cases, if a consignor requests Worldwide shipping, we will notify you of the shipping costs to determine if this price will be satisfactory.  This information will be in the auction description.  Please notify us of any questions or concerns you may have in regards to shipping. Most items will be shipped within a few business days from receiving payment.   If you choose not to purchase insurance, you (the buyer) accept full responsibly for damaged or missing packages/items. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers without notifying the buyer.

Shipping & handling is not refundable. 

All clothing is subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

With any other items, the purchaser has 24 hours from delivery of item to ensure it is fully functional.  After 24 hours, NO RETURNS on ALL items.  It is only a 24 hour window because we are NOT responsible for items you break after receipt.  ALL Items are tested to ensure functionality before shipping.  We are not responsible for damage to items during the shipping process.  It is highly recommended you insure your items.

Any items falling under these conditions require a 3-5 day processing fee.  Serial numbers are checked to make sure all match properly.  Item is also inspected by professional to determine functionality. 

Computers may also require a few extra days as ALL serial numbers are checked on every component to ensure they are identical to when item was shipped.  Our computer tech also diagnoses the problem.  Any computers returned with a virus,  any programs erased, or any other situation not to our satisfaction -WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
