What Should I Know Before Buying?

Each item description includes all the information we have about each specific item we have for sale.

All items listed as included in our description are included. If an item is specifically noted not to be included or is not mentioned in our description, then it is not part of sale.

Paypal is accepted. Payment must be made with an account that has a confirmed shipping address within the USA.

We can not ship the merchandise until your payment has been made or clear.

Payment is due in full within Seven (7) days of auction end with winning bid or BuyItNow. If we do not receive payment in the period, buyers will be contacted by us for further confirmation. If there is no response from buyers regarding the payments, we will report to ebay, file item dispute, re-list the item right away.

Shipping is not just for the continental United States. We do ship outside of USA. It is up to you, the customers, to be sure that your payment profile information is current and accurate at all times. Dreamsofuniverse is not responsible for any inaccuracies to your name, mailing address, email address, or phone number registered with your ebay account or Paypal information.

We will ship to ebay confirmed address or Paypal confirmed address.

Failure to provide an appropriate shipping address is subject to restocking fee. Our fees are set at 15% of the total amount you owe or have already paid us for the item or $2 minimum charge.

We ship all items with FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS depends on the size of the item and/or your mailing address. We do reserve the right to choose which shipping carrier we will use to ship your orders.

WARRANTY INFO AND RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied, please return the item in 7 days after receive, we will gladly refund your purchase price minus shipping, restocking & insurance charges if any. We warranty all new products for 7 days after received. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only, no returns/refunds after 7 days. Buyer must send us email stating intent to return item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in new condition containing all original instructions and packing materials and ready to restock conditions. An email response containing return shipping instruction will follow. Once we receive the item and verify it meets the previously stated requirements, a refund will be issued. Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility.
