Shipping & handling charges are based on the shipping weight and destination of the products ordered. UPS Over sized items require additional shipping & handling charges and are excluded from the free freight policy. "UPS Over sized rates are determined by package size. If a package is 84"-108" in length and girth combined, UPS charges an "Over sized package rate of 30 lbs (even if the item weighs significantly less than 30 lbs); if a package is 109"-165" in length and girth combined, UPS charges an Over sized package rate of 70 lbs (even if the item weighs significantly less than 70 lbs).

If you would like to return your item, we will accept postage paid returns ONLY after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Please email us at bizlinedesigns@yahoo.com to request authorization and further instructions within 48 hours of delivery. RMA numbers must be issued within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the item's page. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 15 days to return the item(s).
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).
Refunds provided less shipping/handling/insurance/restocking costs.
