• We ship at least four times per week so that our customers do not have to wait!
  
• Insurance NOT mandatory but is optional & encouraged for $1.70 & up. We are not responsible for lost or postal-damaged items if insurance is not purchased. If insurance is not available on your invoice, please let us know & we will send a revised one.
  
• Payment required within 7 days by: Paypal, or money order. (We do not accept checks due to the fact that if it is returned, our bank charges a high fee to us.) If you have not replied, you will receive an email on the 6th day. After the 7th day, a Non-Paying Bidder Reminder will be sent. Seven days after that, and you'll receive an Unpaid Strike. Most sellers block bidders with strikes, especially now with eBay policy changes.
  
• If mailing money order, please include auction title & shipping address, written clearly inside the envelope so that there is no confusion.
  
• All items from a smoke-free home.
  
• All sales final so please ask questions. Refunds given only if item is listed wrong and is returned within 3 days of receipt. Please see policies below. Under no circumstances are partial refunds given; item must be returned. Buyer pays all shipping fees.
  
• Shipping fees are stated clearly before you bid so that there are no surprises. Please bid accordingly. We try to charge shipping as close as possible, but it depends on your ZIP code as to how exact it will be (plus supplies & handling). If there are any questions, please ask before you bid.
