2. - Item Availability - Most of our items listed on ebay are stocked items. However, due to the many ways in which we sell our products (i.e. website, phone, local mail-order, ebay) it is nearly impossible to keep all item quantities up to date. In the rare occurrence that we do not have immediate quantity on-hand to fill your order we will contact you immediately to notify you of the situation, of any processing delays this may cause, and give you several options (i.e. shipment direct from manufacturer, refund) on how to proceed with your order. This is a very rare situation, but with newer items it is possible.

3. - Feedback - We believe in maintaining proper Ebay etiquette at all times. If a transaction proceeds smoothly, we will promptly leave positive feedback on your behalf once a purchased item has shipped. We will not, under any circumstances, leave negative feedback without first attempting to resolve the matter via email or telephone.
