We do not provide a layaway, time payment or consignment plan. All jewelry offered on our website and in our eBay Store has been paid for upfront and is in our inventory. We regret if this is an inconvenience to you, however we feel that the costs associated with offering this service detract from our purpose of providing our customers with authentic Native American jewelry at wholesale pricing.

Shipping Guarantee

We understand that our customers want to receive their merchandise as soon as possible. We strive to ship all items within 24 hours of payment receipt. Most orders placed before 1:00 PM can be shipped the same day.

In some cases we encounter unexpected delays. In the event we cannot ship within 24 hours, we will promptly notify you by email and provide you the option to cancel your order. 

Most U.S. buyers receive their shipments within 2 - 7 business days. We request that you contact us only after 10 business days if you haven't received your shipment, International shipments should allow 15 days before contacting us. After this time, we will be happy to assist you in tracing your shipment.

Double Dee Deals charges the below flat rates for shipments to U.S. destinations. The below fees cover our cost of shipping, insurance and the materials used to carefully package your jewelry. Because of the care given in packaging, we have never experienced a damaged shipment. Shipping service used is at the discretion of Double Dee Deals. If you have a specific request for an expedited delivery, additional fees may apply.

Refunds or Exchanges

Double Dee Deals is committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or your jewelry does not properly fit, we will gladly exchange or refund an item with no questions asked.

Conditions for Refund or Exchange:

• You must return the item, or at least contact us within 15 days after receiving your merchandise.
• All returned items must be referenced with a Return Authorization Number. Please be so kind to email us that you will be sending an item back so we can
