My wife and her sister and mother stayed in St. Maarten last summer and loved it. See Pics.

The Belair Beach Hotel, located on Little Bay Beach is the only ALL SUITE OCEANFRONT resort on St. Maarten. It has a unique combination of hotel, timeshare and condominium facilities.

All suites are air-conditioned and feature a living/dining room and a partial kitchen with full size fridge, toaster oven, and microwave. The 2 bedroom suites (the master has a king size bed; the 2nd bedroom has a double bed) have 2 bathrooms and a couch in the living room that opens into a queen size bed as well as its own private terrace overlooking the beach and sea. They have satellite TV, safe deposit boxes, hairdryers, 2 telephones and more.

The hotel is only 3 minutes away from Philipsburg, the capital of Dutch Sint Maarten and 20 minutes from Marigot, the capital of the French side. All major entertainment areas offering casinos, nightclubs, cinemas and restaurants are in close proximity to Belair.

Note: Resort charges a government tax of $7 per day paid upon check-in. The Second bedroom is small.
