ABOUT ME & MY FEEDBACK My name is Alice what a wonderful learning experience Ebay has been for me. Please take a look at my feedback I so far have had only satisfied customers. I certainly am far from an expert but am learning more and more each and every day. I also like to start my auctions most of the time at a low price as I believe this is how an auction should be and everyone should have fun and have a chance to bid.
I would also like to acknowledge my wonderful packer and his hard work at making sure your items arrive safely. Without him and his hard work selling on Ebay would not be possible for me and I would not find the time to give you the best possible customer service and products that I can. THANKS BOB YOUR AWESOME !!
Here is a small sample of my feedback (please check it out and have confidence in bidding on my auctions).
Fast, Items just as described and arrived in perfect shape! Great transaction!
Thanks Alice, It was a pleasure doing business with you again BEAUTIFUL DISHES !
Wonderful to do business with. Excellent packing and speedy shipping. A++++
ABOUT MY ITEMS: My items in which I bring to you all are purchased from Estate sales, Auctions, garage sales and anywhere else I can get my hands on them. Before I place items up for auction I try my best to do my homework on them, sometimes I cannot find information on certain items so therefore I start the bid low give as much information that I possible can and hope it sells for its worth. So if you see an item up for 9.99 and you know it is worth 999.00 it has nothing to do with the quality of the item I just didn't know much about it. All my items are used unless otherwise stated. I will give as accurate a description as I humanly can but I urge you to email me with any questions you may have before bidding. I am very quick at responding to emails and if you would like more pictures of any items please just ask and I have no problem sending you some.
ABOUT REFUNDS: As for refunds if I have grossly misrepresented the item I will gladly refund your money please email me before leaving feedback and we can work it out in a professional manner. Most often shipping is not refundable but is discussable.
ABOUT COMBINING ITEMS: I will always combine items to save you on shipping costs, I am not out to make any money on shipping costs and will do my best to keep the price as low as possible for you. Please keep in mind it is always the first item that is the most to ship, adding to the packages usually doesn't cost much more and in Canada sometimes it doesn't cost anything to add to packages.
