SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES

Your item will be carefully packaged for shipment. If you have a concern about shipping, please email me with your question.  I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING, WHETHER OR NOT THE BOX IS DAMAGED.  Excessive jarring and bouncing during transportation and handling can cause damage to items without affecting the box. In the RARE case that after packing the item for shipment the cost of shipping exceeds estimate in the item description, Buyer will be asked to submit additional shipping cost. (I don’t think its worth saving a dollar or two on insufficient packaging that may result in the breakage of your item.)  Or the Buyer may elect to cancel the transaction with no negative feedback or strikes against Seller or Buyer.  I use recycled materials.

Within 3 days of receiving an invoice for the item, and no later than at the time of payment, successful bidder must contact Seller specifying method of payment and requesting special shipping instructions, (such as Priority Mail or insurance at the expense of the Buyer), if any.

Payment must be received within 7 days of receiving the invoice unless other arrangements are agreed to.  If payment is not received, Seller will file an Unpaid Item Dispute and Buyer will receive a strike against Buyer’s rating.

Seller reserves the right to refuse bids from buyers with excessive negative feedback ratings and a low feedback score.  If you fall into this category, please email me for BEFORE bidding for okay to bid.

Unless the item description states “Unconditional Guarantee,” items are sold “as described.” Seller has made every effort to carefully photo and describe the actual item(s) for sale. Contact Seller with any questions BEFORE BIDDING.  If you feel there is a legitimate reason to return the item, contact seller immediately.  NOTE:  Regardless of shipping service noted below, Seller will ship by the safest, most practical and economical shipping service for this particular item, US Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex  (unless otherwise requested by Buyer under the guidelines above.) Item will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment or sooner.  If Buyer needs expedited shipment, Buyer may contact Seller at the time of payment and request for and pay for expedited shipment. I CAN’T  BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LONGER-THAN-ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES POSTED BY A MAIL CARRIER. Please consider this if you submit a Detailed Seller Rating for “Shipping Time.

INTERNATIONAL BIDS

1^st Class Mail International restrictions:  Maximum: 4 lbs.  No packages over 24 inches long. Packages over 36 inches (length + height plus depth total) must go Priority Mail.  Priority Mail includes limited insurance provided by USPS.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

International Buyers shall be responsible for determining whether this item can be legally imported into the country of destination.  If after the auction it is determined that the item cannot be imported to the country of destination, or that item exceeds the maximum size or weight restrictions for a particular country, Buyer agrees to Seller’s right to cancel the sale.

We do not mark merchandise values below sales value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit this .
