I recently purchased this wooden carasol horse at a local estate auction. It was presented as being European from the early 1900's. I dont have a clue as to how old it is or where it came from. It is definetely hand carved, and made of wood. I am not completely satisfied with the paint colors, some paint chips are noted throughout, but may or may not need to be restored. If you know anything of this particular Merry-go-round carasol horse please let me know and I will post it in this forum. Thank you.
Horse measures from tip of his nose to end of the hind leg is approx 42 inch's, 8 inch's wide and from tip of ear to the floor is approx 32 inches.
