SHIPPING:

Please use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping costs.  We offer shipping discounts on multiple item purchases. After completing your multiple item purchase the total combined weight will be calculated and the adjusted shipping amount will be determined.

We will make every effort to ship orders as soon as they are received. Most orders received before 5pm EST will be shipped within next business day. Any product that is out of stock will be shipped to you as it becomes available usually within 3 days. Most orders are shipped the same day. . If you choose USPS Priority Mail or International Priority Mail, please be aware that USPS does not provide tracking information unless you purchases insurance so there is no way to track the order in transit.

ATTENTION: All International Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the long distance they must travel, makes them not in resalable condition when they arrive back in the U.S.A. All sales are final. If customs seize your shipment we will not be held responsible and no refund will be granted.

We will accepted returns of any un-open merchandise, customer must pay return shipping fees.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
1. We must authorize all returns or exchanges. E-mail or call 1-888-469-7622.
2. All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
3. All returned merchandise must be received by PCO in saleable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective.
