Received Wrong Item

For domestic purchases, if you receive your item damaged in shipping we will immediately ship a replacement item once we receive the damaged item back. Warranty Replacement Item

We do not provide the warranty, but work between you and the manufacturer to cover the purchased item under their warranty as specified. Both the original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be buyers responsibility. After 30 days the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
