Terms and Conditions of Sale:

• Please Do Not purchase this item if you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, Payment terms, Shipping terms, Warranty, and Return Policy because your bid is a binding contract.
• NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS please.
• All sales are final. No returns nor exchanges will be allowed unless there is a shipping error. All nonpaying bidders will be reported to eBay.
• Combined shipping and handling does not apply to this listing
• Shipping and handling fees are specified in the listings.  We will gladly quote you if you email us your shopping list. We reserve the right to make changes to shipping and handling fee without prior notice.
• We encourage our customers to contact us to resolve any issues regarding the transaction before leaving a negative feedback on eBay. Please allow 2-3 business days for our internal working process on your issue before we respond to your request. We will do our best to respond to your email within our working hours (Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm PT).

Payments

• Winner reply within 3 days and payment must be completed within 7 days of sale date.
• We prefer Paypal payment.  We can only accept payment from US Paypal account with CONFIRMED shipping address only. No Exceptions.
• We also accept Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Make them payable and mail to the Seller’s information provided on invoice sent via eBay. Be sure to include item number and/or eBay user ID. 
• We do not accept personal or company checks. No Exceptions.
• 8.25% CA sales tax will be collected from California buyers.

Shipping

• We ship to any address within the U.S and U.S. Territories ONLY. Additional shipping charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders.
• Insurance is required for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses.
• ABSOLUTELY NO PICK UPS
• Signature upon delivery is required for all shipments over $100.
• Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is completed.
• Packages will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Babies Unlimited solely reserves the right to choose the carrier.
• Allow additional shipping and handling time during peak seasons.
• We will not be held liable for any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen once it is shipped because we have no control over the mailing industry.
• Buyer is responsible for settling claims with the freight carrier because shipping insurance is at Buyer’s request and expense.  

Warranty:

All items are BRAND NEW unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Seller assumes SOLD AS IS warranty. Babies Unlimited is NOT responsible for typographical errors in an item’s description if there is any. Buyer must make sure that the item is exactly what you need before agreeing to purchase.

Return Policy:

Buyers must contact Seller within 5 days of receipt in order to get a RMA# and further instructions. Items must be returned in unopened or original packaging. Item that has been used or shows any sign of abuse or intentional damage will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. S&H charges are not refundable. Items returned for exchange will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if not defective upon instpection.  For exchange due to buying the wrong item, Buyer needs to pay two-way shipping fee, difference in price is applicable, plus the restocking fee stated above.
