~Payment~

I ONLY accept PayPal and payments are due UPON PURCHASE of BUY IT NOW items. For auctions, I must receive payment within 3 days of end of auction (or upon pruchase with BUY IT NOW items) unles other arrangements have been made prior to bidding. Please email me if you are a multiple winner and also when you are finished bidding on multiple items- then I will send you an invoice with your total amount due. If you buy multiple items from different auctions of mine, the BUY IT NOW feature requires that you pay immediately, and does not combine shipping within seperate auctions (it does if you buy 2 valances, or 2 wall paper borders, for example). But I will refund you the difference in the shipping that you over pay. I refund that same day most of the time, or within minutes of printing your shipping label. By reading my Feedback, you can see that I am honest and refund just as I promise. Thanks!

~Shipping~

I try to keep my shipping costs down as much as possible. I combine shipping whenever possible unless stated otherwise, so please check my other listings. Shipping cost on multiple items is calculated based on the cost of shipping your heaviest item. Whenever possible, I try to fit several items into a Priority Mail Flat Rate box, so if that is more economical- just let me know! I ship most items within 3 business days of receiving payment. (And I wait for e-checks to clear before shipping) I only ship items within the 50 United States. Thanks for asking, but I do not ship internationally or to Canada. If you would like your tracking #, please let me know when you pay and I will email it to you.

~Insurance~

Insurance is optional, but recommended as I am not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items once they have been shipped.

~Feedback~

I love getting positive feedback- who doesn't? And I have worked very hard to achieve my Feedback Rating. I couldn't do it without my wonderful buyers. Please know that feedback will be left after feedback is received so that I know your item has arrived safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. (Please contact me via email otherwise!)

~Returns~

I work very hard at describing items as accurately as possible and I do have a 'no return, no exchange, no refund' policy. However, if you have a problem with your item, or you feel there was an error or something was misrepresented, please email me rather than leaving me negative feedback- I am not perfect, mistakes do occur, and maybe we can work something out. I will not exchange an item simply because it does not fit or because you changed your mind. (In the event that there is a return, etc. the buyer is expected pay return shipping costs).

~Communication~

If you wish to be notified by email when your item has been shipped, please let me know when you pay. I believe that good communciation is key so please do not ever hesitate to ask questions or communicate with me as the need arises!! I will answer your questions as soon as I am able.
