Optional Available Warranties

Customers can add an additional 1 year warranty to any watch that they purchase here on eBay.  Price will be added to the final cost of the watch if wanted.

·         Chronograph/ dual complications $259.95

The watch will be sent after our master watchmaker has completely disassembled the watch and cleaned, oiled, and adjusted the movement.  All gaskets will be replaced guarantying water resistance to factory specs.

The warranty will cover any naturally occurring problem with the functioning of the watch for the time specified.

The warranty does not cover breakage, damage, or mistreatment by the owner due neglect or usage outside the normal parameters of the watch's capability. 

If you purchase an extended warranty, please allow 5-10 business days for servicing and shipment!!

Return Policy

We guarantee all items are 100% authentic and stand behind our products.  If you feel that the item is not authentic have a certified watchmaker or jeweler on company letterhead attest to this fact and send us the piece back. We will issue the refund the same day the item comes back. 

We offer a 3 day return policy without a restocking fee if the item was not as described. Otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

If there is ever any problems, we would like you to contact us directly first and give us the chance to make the situation correct.  This is not a hobby for us and we take customer satisfaction seriously.
