DOMESTIC SHIPPING.

We ship within 24 hours after payment has been received Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped on following Monday. We do not ship on national holidays.

We provide FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days). Buyer will be provided with a tracking number immediately. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation.

Other shipping options are available, buyer is responsible for the shipping:

UPS Ground (2-5 business days) - shipping cost is calculated according to buyer’s location.

UPS Next Day Air (package is delivered by 10.30am) – shipping cost is calculated according to buyer’s location.

UPS Next Day Air Saver (package is delivered by 3.00pm) – shipping is calculated according to buyer’s location.

All international packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (7-10 business days). Shipping time might take longer, depending on your location.

RETURN POLICY

To avoid exchanges and returns we strongly recommend to try actual glasses in store first to make sure they fit you well. If you do decide to get glasses without trying them on first please contact us, so we could provide you with additional information such as dimensions and facial features the particular frame flatters the most. 

All refunds and exchanges must be requested within 3 days after receiving the item and shipped out within 2 business days after contacting us.

Items must be sent back in original condition with all the original accessories and paperwork that are included in your package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Buyer must provide us with a tracking number otherwise we’re not responsible for lost items. 

Refund or exchange will be issued as soon as original item received

15% restocking fee is applied to all refunds. We think it’s only fair since we provide free shipping (unless buyer requested other option) and also pay Ebay and PayPal fees when we sell an item.

There’s no restocking fee on exchange.

In case of exchange buyer is responsible for both ways shipping.
