We understand that some countries' custom department, especially those listed as difficult countries above, may hold the parcel for inspection or required additional paperwork to clear the parcel. Duties and Taxes

Our customers pay the auction end price plus shipping and handling. We do not collect duties and taxes from our international buyers and most of them receive their parcels in their own country without having to pay additional duties or taxes. We can ONLY ship to the Paypal confirmed shipping address provided by Paypal for Paypal payment transactions. NO exceptions will be made. Payment is to be made into our CitiBusiness Account for auctions that ends above US$1000. We regret to inform that we do not accept self collection or delivery within Singapore already as we are required to collect 7% GST as our business is GST registered with the Singapore government and timepieces that we sell in our auctions are strictly for export only.

We will be expecting payment within three (3) business days after eBay's invoice for payment has been sent via email. Warranty

Our pre-owned fine timepieces come with a Full twelve (12) months warranty from watch klinik, our in-house service department. This warranty covers all labor and parts. All checks, services and repairs are performed in-house by our own technicians and watch masters. Your timepiece sent to us never leave our premise as no third party technicians or repairers are involved ensuring the integrity of your timepiece.

Warranty is effective for Full twelve (12) months from the date they are shipped. For accidental damage due to owners neglect within the warranty period, we will be glad to provide free labor to service and repair the timepiece. However, necessary parts replacement, if any, will be charged accordingly.

Some bidders may not give serious consideration to the warranty we provide, when bidding for the auction, having the thought that it is troublesome to send us the timepiece. However we like to highlight that it can be very expensive to have a timepiece serviced or repaired in many European countries and original parts may not be readily available. For many antique or vintage timepieces, parts may only be available from us.

Warranty will be void if timepiece is found tampered with or there is any intervention by a non-authorized third party or the addition of any non-authentic components or accessories.

For any warranty claims, please kindly email us for return shipping instruction before shipping. Buyer is responsible for the cost of sending us the timepiece. This is like paying for transport to bring the watch to a local repairer. We will pay for the return shipping as a gesture of goodwill.

Option to extend to 36 months warranty

Buyer have the option to extend the warranty period to 36 months for US$150. This additional payment for the extended warranty will be used to stock up original manufacture parts so that we can continue to repair and service your timepieces. This US$150 will include shipping fees to send the timepiece back to the buyer via FedEx. Buyer will have to be responsible for the cost of shipping the timepiece to us.

Full Disclosure Policy

Full disclosure policy for all our timepieces ensures our bidders get what they paid for. As this is an auction, it is important for us to properly inform our buyers the full specifications and technical details of the timepiece that they are interested in so that they can make proper comparisons with similar items found in the shops, online stores, websites or from other eBay sellers.

We inform our bidders everything they need to know about the high-value timepiece they are interested in buying from us and do not omit information related to the any of the timepiece we sell. Any imperfection on the timepiece are clearly shown in our untouched 10x to 40x pictures and properly highlighted in bold in the Advertisement. This policy helps our bidders to decide on the price to bid for so that they pay a fair price for what they are interested in. This also helps prevent bidders from paying excessively high prices for older models of Rolex commonly found on eBay. By properly informing our buyers the timepiece they are bidding on, they will not get confuse between the real Rolex and Rolex-look-alike (e.g. Paying Rolex prices for Tudor modified to become a Rolex). Our buyers will never get any rude surprise or shock when they receive their timepieces.

It is important that buyers buy from professional and experienced sellers that inform them adequately on the timepiece they are buying. This is because any flaws in a pre-owned Rolex watch can significantly affect its residual value or resale price (e.g. Imperfections on a modern Rolex significantly reduces the residual value of the timepiece. However buyers should note that some imperfections on vintage Rolex models is perfectly alright and does not affect the residual value of the timepiece.

It is even more important that the matching movement caliber is fitted into a matching case. Some Rolex found on eBay have new casing but fitted with older caliber number posing and selling as a modern Rolex. The timepiece is still considered all original as the case and movement are both Rolex manufactured but has slightly lower value when it comes to resale. It is also common to find a Rolex timepiece assembled using parts from many different Rolex watch to complete one Original Rolex watch. Such timepieces also have got lower resale value and is often considered a non original Rolex watch despite having all Original parts. It is ok to purchase such timepiece as long as the buyer is properly informed.

To contact us, we strongly encourage bidders to click on our eBay's User ID found in our listings to send us an email. We will reply using eBay's email system. This helps prevent fraud, spam and malicious emails.

We reply to ALL emails received. However, about 3 out of 10 emails sent out by our email-server are rejected by our recipient's email-server's spam filter. If you do not receive an email respond from us, please email to us using a different email address. We will reply again to the new email address received.

We respond to most emails on the same day received and always by the next business day. Alternatively, you can call us direct +65 6400 6400 between GMT 0400 to GMT 1400. Do note that we may not always be available on weekends and public holidays.
