Hello there! I have here a very nice authentic Cartier Santos fullsize watch in 18k yellow gold and stainless steel.This watch has a white dial with Roman numerals. This watch has an 18k solid yellow gold bezel with 18k solid yellow gold screws in the the links. The dial is marked CARTIER at the XII o'clock spot. The window day date is at III o'clock spot. The dial is stamped SWISS under the VI spot. The number VII is microimprinted and reads CARTIER for security (see photos).The crown is blue cobachon.At the back of case it is marked SANTOS DE CARTIER AUTOMATIQUE SWISS MADE OR ET ACIER 2961809987. The clasp has a cartier logo and reads CARTIER. The band will fit a small wrist of 6.5 inches or less and I do not have any more links. 

The measurements are:

Case-1.16" or 29.5mm. across without crown x 1.59" or 40.5mm.

Wrist-6.5"

Weight-3.0 oz or 83gm.
