All items are shipped with insurance.

Due to insurance regulations, we ship all watches overnight. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

We prefer to ship all items in the USA via UPS.

Return Policy:

We guarantee all items are 100% authentic and stand behind our products.  If you feel that the item is not authentic have a certified watchmaker or jeweler on company letterhead attest to this fact and send us the piece back. We will issue the refund the same day the item comes back. 

We offer a 3 day return policy without a restocking fee if the item was not as described. Otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

If there is ever any problems, we would like you to contact us directly first and give us the chance to make the situation correct.  This is not a hobby for us and we take customer satisfaction seriously.
