Payment Instructions

Payment: We accept paypal only. We ship all paypal orders within 2 business days, we do not ship on holidays or weekends. If for any reason your order is going to be delayed longer then 2 business days we will send you a separate email with the delivery details. On Echecks (Paypal) we hold the order until the payment has cleared paypal.

Payment is due within 2 weeks of the auction ending. If we do not receive payment within the time frame, you will be turned into eBay for none payment. Please do your research on the item, shipping charges, before bidding on this item.

International: We do not ship or accept payment from international customers. If you do not live in the United States, please do not bid on this item.

Shipping: Please use the shipping calculator in the lower right hand corner of the screen to figure out your shipping rates. Please review the shipping rates BEFORE bidding. If you cannot get the shipping calculator to work, please email us for a shipping quote BEFORE bidding.

UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Please supply us with a street address on ALL transactions. If we do not have a street address your item will be delayed.

Tracking: We automatically ship within 2 business days of your payment clearing. You will receive a tracking number from our automated Service. If you do not, Please check your paypal email address and your eBay email address. If you do not receive a tracking number please check your spam filter before emailing us.

Combine Shipping: We do combine shipping. Please wait to pay until all auctions that you are bidding on have ended, then we can send you a combined shipping invoice. If you have not received a combined invoice when you are done bidding, please email us.

Contact us:Please ask all questions through email, we answer all questions through email and not on the phone. We are open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We DO NOT answer email's on weekends or Holidays. We answer all email's within 48 Business hours. If you send the question on a day we are closed, the 48 Hours will start the next Business day. If your email has not been answered with-in 48 hours please send it again and let us know you did not get our response. Please DO NOT send multiple email's within the first 48 Hours! This slows down the process for everyone (Including you). When emailing us please insure to include the eBay item number and your eBay user name.

Returns: We accept defective items with an RA only. Please contact us before returning any items. A return received without an RA will not be accepted.
