PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, money order, and personal checks. We will only ship to confirmed addresses. Payment is required within 5 business days. We will begin processing your order immediately when payment is received.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
A note about shipping and delivery; Mohr and McPherson is a retailer
based in Cambridge, MA. Our price here is the price you see in our
showrooms. We charge extra for shipping because a
majority of our items are picked up at our retail locations.
Our larger pieces are shipped via "White Glove" delivery, with
items brought inside your home and all packing materials removed. The
delivery will be performed by two movers. This service does not
include assembly, or any rigging or hoisting of doors, frames or larger pieces that
cannot fit in your doors, stairs, elevators, etc.
This method of shipping takes 3-5 weeks depending on location. Shipping cost
varies depending on your location.

LOCAL DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Mohr & McPherson offers local delivery in the Boston area (generally within the Rt. 495 ring). Pickup is available in Cambridge, MA.

RETURN POLICY
Returns will only be accepted if you e-mail us within 10 days of
receiving the shipment. Returns may be subject to a 10%
restocking fee. You must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number from us before shipping the item
back. The buyer pays for all return shipping and insurance
fees. Items must be shipped back to us in the same manner as originally
shipped to avoid damage. Please note that return shipping charges may
cost more than what we charge for shipping. Returned items
must be insured. We will refund your purchase once the item is
received, and in the same condition as when it was shipped.
DISCREPANCIES
In the event you receive an item that is not the item you ordered
please contact us and we will pay for return shipping. While we make every effort to produce photographs that capture the true colors of our product certain lighting or computer displays may not give you the truest color of what the item will look like in your setting. Because of this we will not accept returns due to discrepancies in color.
DAMAGES
We inspect our items carefully before shipping. When you
receive your delivery you will want to inspect your item(s) for damage
and note any damage at the time of delivery. Damaged items
should be reported to us immediately, at least within 3 business days
of receiving your shipment, so we may assist in reporting a damage
claim to the shipping company.
