NOTE that multi-region players are commonly available and can play items from all regions.
• All our movie listings contain no pornographic material and may be lawfully sold on Ebay.
• Feedback policy - Our automated feedback system will return any positive feedback left for us with a positive feedback for the buyer, but only after feedback is left for us. This ensures us that the order has arrived safely, the customer is satisfied and we can then mark it as a completed transaction. We want to have a positive outcome to EVERY sale and we work with all our customers to try to resolve any issues and achieve this goal. • Insurance - We are not responsible for items lost in the mail unless insurance is purchased.

• If you are mailing payment, we accept money orders and cashier's checks payable in USA or Canadian funds. We occasionally accept personal checks from buyers with superior feedback ratings - please email us first to OK this.

• Delivery Confirmation is included with all USA orders and some Canadian shipments.
• Buyers outside Canada & USA are responsible for any customs charges imposed, when your order enters your country.

Even though we are extremely careful during our product preparation and shipment process, we are human and sometimes make mistakes. If there is a problem with your purchase, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth resolution to the issue.

• Email us ASAP to explain the problem. We will respond to you via email and will provide return instructions at the same time. NOTE that we require all items to be returned to us for inspection or testing if necessary. Please do not return the item until you have received instructions.
• We do not accept returns of the following:
  - Any item missing the serial number or UPC.
  - Any item with missing parts.
  - Any NEW item (shipped in error) that has been opened or missing a security seal (if originally present).
  - Any item that is broken or obviously damaged by the customer.
  - Any item with a missing or used key code.
• We will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a product is defective. In these cases we will refund you reasonable return shipping charges for regular mail delivery to us.
• If we are unable to replace your item, a refund will be issued against the same credit card number or Paypal account you used to pay for the original order. If ordered by cashier's check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
