A. Email us at moneyman1025@hysbuys.com within 21 days of receipt and let us know what’s going on. If the outer carton arrived damaged let us know RIGHT AWAY.
B. We’ll let you know how we’re going to work things out before you just ship it back – PLEASE DON’T SHIP IT BACK BEFORE TALKING TO US.
C. Keep everything together, including all accessories and original packing materials and carton. We can’t take things back that have had UPC codes removed from the original package.
D. Our guy is super but he’s not superman, it may take up to 14 days for everything to process for your refund, we do it as fast as we can – work with us.
E. Remember, all shipping expenses to and from Moneyman1025 are yours, just like the gas you use when you go to the store.
