Cascade Microphones stands behind each and every microphone we sell. Cascade wants our customers to have the best information available to help them make informed decisions about their purchase. To ensure that the most accurate and truthful information is being presented, each model is sent to Cross·Spectrum Labs to perform the audio calibrations required to insure that our specifications are precise and correct.
Our competitors claim that a quality microphone cannot be manufactured and sold at the price point at which we are offering them. The fact is, when you have to pay a rep. firm, advertising agency, operation of a retail store and a commission salesperson, then they are absolutely right.

Quality Control
We closely and diligently work with our manufacturing team on a day-to-day basis. Our product designs and modifications are what make Cascade Microphones stand out from the rest. Each microphone is hand-tested and inspected before it leaves our facility, and to back this up, if for any reason (no questions asked) you choose not to keep your purchase, you are welcome to return it for full a refund within the first 30 days. All you have to do is call or email us and we will handle it from there.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Sale before opening and/or using any products purchased from Cascade Microphones. All sales made by Cascade Microphones to Buyers are subject to the following terms and conditions. Buyer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions shall be made by acceptance of any product from Cascade Microphones.
Return Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed: We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Cascade Microphones. Products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, exchange, or store credit (must be returned within 30 days of invoice ship date). To qualify, returned items must be in new condition (no signs of wear), including original packaging, all documentation, etc...

Returns that are not in like new condition are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Customer is liable for shipping charges on returns (Product must be shipped via UPS or FedEx (we will not except a return through the US Mail service) .
Note: Product(s) sold internationally is not returnable.
Delivery
All product transportation will be FOB origin from Olympia, WA. Shipments will be sent via standard UPS Ground unless prearranged at time of order. Additional charges will be applied for special handling requests made by Buyer. Buyer shall examine all products upon receipt and shall notify Cascade Microphones of all order discrepancies or if rejection is intended. Freight charges and handling costs will be charged to Buyer for rejected orders unless otherwise resolved and approved by Cascade Microphones. Cascade Microphones shall not be liable for delays in delivery or for loss of revenues due to delays in delivery, failure to perform, or delivery of incomplete/defective merchandise due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Cascade Microphones. Cascade Microphones is entitled to delay shipment for failure by Buyer to pay within preset payment terms.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise/Warranty: Cascade Microphones warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (5) five years from the date of original consumer purchase. If a defect exists during the warranty period, Cascade Microphones will either repair or replace the product at no charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges if past the initial first 30 days of purchase. THE WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO THE PRODUCT IF IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY MISUSE, MODIFICATION, ACCIDENT, IMPROPER HANDLING OR OPERATION, OR IF UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS ARE ATTEMPTED OR MADE.
The original ribbon or capsule elements carry a (1) one year warranty from the date of purchase and offer a one time replacement during the warranty period if they fail within the first year.
Return Procedure: Please call Cascade Microphones at 360.867.1799 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returning items without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

Address corrections or changes: Payments made through Paypal require that the Seller ship to the Buyer's Confirmed address. Product will only be shipped to the Buyer's Confirmed address. It is the Buyer's responsbility to make sure that their Confirmed Address on file with Paypal is current. Any address corrections or returns back to sender due to an incorrect address, is the responsibility of the Buyer. All fees associated with an address change will be charged to the buyer. |
Payment/Shipping Terms:
We accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express and Discover Cards.
If your payment method is credit card, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card unless you have listed your alternate shipping address with your credit card company. If you are paying via a Debit Card, you will unlikely be able to add an alternate shipping address to your account. In this instance, we will only ship to your billing address. We use UPS exclusively as our courier. So if your billing address is a PO Box and you are using a debit card, please do not bid on this auction unless you have another acceptable payment option.
We accept Paypal payments provided your paypal account has as a CONFIRMED Shipping address. We will only ship to the CONFIRMED address on your paypal account. If you do not have a Confirmed address and wish to use Paypal as your payment method, we require that you Confirm your address with Paypal prior to sending payment. Please do not submit payment via Paypal if your Confirmed address is PO Box. We use UPS exclusively as our courier and UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
All credit card and paypal purchases will ship within 24 hours (Monday - Friday - except Holidays) upon receipt of payment.
We accept Cashier's Checks/Money Orders/Personal checks/Business checks. Money Orders and all checks require a 5 business day waiting period for check clearance prior to shipping.
All orders will receive UPS tracking via the provided email address associated with purchase.
