NOT SURE WHAT IT IS.HERES WHAT I CAN TELL YOU ABOUT IT. GLASS  WINDOW  BY THE OUTRIGGER IS BROKE ALL OTHER GLASS IN GOOD CONDITION ,TIRES ARE ALL IN GOOD CONDITION AND NO LEAKS. .HEAT AND WINDSHELD WIPERS  WORK. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE TRANS  ALL GEARS FW AND REV WORK SMOOTHLY, GOOD BRAKES, E BRAKE WORKING,  HOE GOES UP DOWN RIGHT LEFT LIKE IT SHOULD,LOADER IS STRONG AS WELL.I GOT THIS BACKHOE AS PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR WORK DONE.I HATE TO SEE IT SIT WHEN SOME ONE CAN FIX IT AND USED IT.LIKE I SAY ALL WORKS BUT THEAR IS A KNOCK IN THE MOTOR.GOOD LUCK BIDDING AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS E-MAIL OR CALL ME AT 1-732 -794-1395
