You are bidding on used 1/64 Scale Case International 7130 Tractor. Stamped 1529D on the bottom. Has some wear on the front.

U.S. Bidders only, because of a bad transaction from Canada. Item condition is described to the best of my ability. Used or vintage items may show signs of use or age. This is normal and should be assumed. I will note any defects in an item if I see them and will typically photograph them so you, the potential buyer, can see the extent of such defect. I can take more or detailed pictures if desired. Occasionally, the picture may not match the item decription. The description is what you are bidding on. E-mail me with questions. No emails answered in the last hour or so of an auction.
Winning bidder must contact me within 3 days of auction close. Use Ebay’s checkout to let me know how you will pay for the item(s). Remember to provide a street address (actual street address and telephone number for large items) during Check-Out. Paying with PayPal constitutes contacting me as I get a notice from them. If contact is not received in a timely manner, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.
Payment: Payment is in U.S. funds only. Buyer pays shipping & handling unless noted. Payment must be received within 10 days of auction close, unless prior arrangement have been made. I accept PayPal (preferred), Money Orders or Personal Checks (checks must clear). If paying with anything besides PayPal, please include the auction number and the description with payment. A handling fee is added to orders to help offset packaging expenses (envelope, tape, labels, etc.). If payment is not received in a timely manner, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed. If payment is still not received, negative feedback will be left for the winning bidder and the item will be relisted or offered as a second chance.
Shipping: I will combine shipping for multiple auctions, if possible. I ship by USPS on Fridays & Saturdays. Larger items are shipped by UPS, FedEx or other means. Insurance is required for glass mirrors and signs or other fragile items, optional for everything else.
Refund policy: Care is given to ensure the auction item arrives in the condition listed in the auction. If the item is damaged in shipping, it is the responsibility of the shipper to make good. I can’t be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping (if you do not insure your purchase). If the item is not as stated in the description, please contact me at huey1d@yahoo.com. If the item is sold “As Is”, no refund will be given. Because of high shipping costs, any item sold outside the US will be considered 'as is' and no refund will be given.
