You are bidding on a NEW  surface mount handle. The handle is molded plastic with nickel plated steel case mounts. There are 5/32" diam mounting holes in the plate for screws or rivits. The outside  mounting holes are 5-5/8" from hole center to hole center . the outside dimension of the handle is 5"wide , the mounting plates make the whole handle 6" wide. They are perfect for briefcases ,Tool cases or lighter weight DJ cases where you want a comfortable long lasting handle.
