You are bidding on a NEW  surface mount strap handle. The handle is molded plastic with a steel strap inside the handle for extra strength, with nickel plated steel case mounts. There are 5/32" diam mounting holes in the plate for screws or rivits. The mounting holes are 8-1/4" from hole center to hole center .  They are perfect for briefcases ,Tool cases, DJ cases or instrument cases where you want a comfortable long lasting handle.
