All items need to paid within 7 days.  I highly encourage customers to utilize the insurance that the U.S.P.S. offers.  I carefully ship all items by the postal service.  I should not be held liable for items lost or broken during U.S.P.S. transit time.  I post the cost of shipping prior to your bid, if my shipping costs are excessive to you please do not bid.  Items selling for the amount of 25 dollars or greater require insurance.  Shipping costs exceed the amount charged by the U.S.P.S.
