I know nothing about cast iron but these were donated to me to sell for a missions trip to Russia. This beige and red ice cart comes in 2 parts. the front wheels and rods coming up around the horse are a separate piece with a tab on it to fit into the bottom of the wagon. the driver is a separate piece and had a tab at the bottom that fits into the seat of the wagon.as the horse is separate also It has some bridle parts and a piece of plastic string is going from the horses bride to the drive. Inside the wagon is a long screw holding the 2 parts together. this seems to be more of a collector piece than a toy as it falls apart easily .I can find no makers marks on it.  The paint looks worn .The cart has some rust spots on it It weighs over 5 lbs.The cart and horse together are about 11" long. The cart is 6" long by 6" tall by 2 1/2" wide .the horse is 5" long 4" tall at the ears and 2" wide Please write me if you have any questions. This is selling AS IS.
