Please email us for International Shipping Rates.  Please wait to pay the invoice if the item is being shipped Internationally until we have corrected to the International rate.  Thanks.

Most items Ship priority so you will have your item within a few days of auction close.  We do offer shipping discounts when you buy more than one item during the same shipping period and we pass on the savings to you.  The more we ship in one box the less the costs will be. Always inquire about the total shipping when buying more than one item before you pay the invoice. 

We recommend insurance if your item is breakable but it is totally optional.  We do take the extra time to package our items carefully so they will make a safe journey to you.   

If the item you receive is not as we have described it and shown in the photo, we will happily accept a return and refund your purchase price, less shipping charges.   All returns must be requested within 7 days of the original shipment date.  

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase unless you are bidding on other items from us.  If no attempt to communicate to us that it will be longer and if we just don’t hear from you we do have to report it as an unpaid auction.  This is because we have already been charged fees so please don’t make us do that as it is not good for your feedback either. 

Feedback is very important to us.  We would appreciate if you leave it for us once you have received your item and we will do the same.  This also lets us know you have received your item and are happy with your purchase.  Our main goal is to have happy customers.
