or go to our Checkout at www.marketworks.com/pay.asp and click on buyer checkout , then enter the auction number & your ebay email address to access the order, it may take about 60 seconds to process if the order has not been processed yet. Our site will provide you with the total, payment status, shipping status and delivery confirmation number (in the USA) if the order has been shipped. If you haven't paid yet you can process your paypal or credit card payment. Marketworks is an ebay authorized site. We don't normally answer emails on Saturdays, so please be patient if you email us on Friday night or Saturday.

If you are not receiving our emails after you win an item, please check your spam filter or bulk file. Our emails are sent to the email address provided to us by ebay.

PAYMENT must be RECEIVED within 7 DAYS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION. Please do not bid if you can't ensure that payment will be received within 7 days. If payment is not received within 10 days we will start the Unpaid Item process on ebay.  Payments on combined orders are due within 7 days of when the first item was won.

We must collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders delivered in California.

THE ONLY PAYMENT OPTIONS WE ACCEPT:

PAYPAL.COM VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS.  We prefer that paypal payments are made thru our marketworks checkout or by paypal money request so that you send the correct amount. We accept direct credit card payments thru our marketworks checkout. We do not accept payments by mail.

We ship on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, holiday weeks vary. We ship Mon-Fri between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sorry, we don't do same day shipping, the cut off for shipping is 6:00pm the day before. For example, if you want your package shipped on Monday, we need to receive your payment by 6:00pm on Sunday. If you need your order by a certain date, prior to bidding, email us to see if it is possible and what type of shipping method you should opt for.  We ship 99% of orders within 2 business days of cleared payment being received, 1% may take up to 14 business days for items to ship.  

We will ONLY ship to the shipping address on the paypal payment, as they require. We will NOT ship to nonpayment addresses, you will need to make a new payment with the correct shipping address on the payment, no exceptions.

We do combine shipping on multiple item orders, auctions must end within 5 days of when the first item was won. If you have won more than one auction, PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE PAYMENTS obtain the correct combined total first thru our Checkout & then send 1 payment. Items paid for separately will ship separately. Once an item is paid for it cannot be combined with other items. ITEMS MUST BE ON ONE ORDER & PAID FOR TOGETHER TO QUALIFY FOR COMBINED SHIPPING, ITEMS PAID SEPARATELY WILL EACH HAVE A SEPARATE SHIPPING FEE. To qualify for combined shipping all items must be on one order and paid for together.

We will only ship by Registered or Priority mail, no exceptions, sorry about the high cost, but it is the only way to provide tracking. Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.  We will not break the law for buyers, so please don't ask us to do so.

NO, bids cannot be canceled after you have won or used Buy it Now on the item. We will expect payment for every item that you win at the winning price.
